1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Retrivora AI account, generating a license key, or integrating the @retrivora-ai/rag-engine SDK into your applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. License Keys & Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RETRIVORA_LICENSE_KEY and developer account credentials. You must immediately notify Retrivora AI of any unauthorized access to your project space.

3. Acceptable Use & Quota Enforcement

You agree not to use Retrivora AI to:

• Exceed assigned subscription rate limits (RPM) or daily token quotas through deceptive routing or automated script loops.
• Ingest, process, or store malware, illegal content, or unauthorized PII.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt backend router fallback networks.

4. Service Level & Support

Retrivora AI strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for the llm.retrivora.com gateway plane via multi-provider failover chains. High-priority support SLA is included for Pro and Enterprise subscribers.
